At Adams Dental Center Dr. Dodson has been offering cosmetic dentistry to residents of Lincoln, NE for many years now, and has a large group of happy alumni. Unlike the old metal fillings, porcelain and composite fillings hold the tooth together, and much less tooth tissue is removed to insert them. Metal fillings require some healthy tooth tissue to be removed. That's because they were packed tightly into the cavity rather than bonded to the tooth. So the cavity had to be made a good shape to hold them in.

Dr. Dodson is an LVI attendee and has received that rigorous theoretical training as well as the intensive hands-on training. In addition, LVI training covers neuromuscular dentistry, which, like cosmetic dentistry is not taught to any extent in traditional dental schools.
